THE OFFICEWORKS PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
 

ALL OFFICE AREAS:

WHAT WE WILL DO EACH VISIT

Waste paper bins will be emptied and returned to their original position. Replacement white plastic bin liners will be inserted if used.   (Customer to supply).

Ashtrays will be wet wiped with a sanitised cloth to remove all adherents, dried with a lint free cloth and returned to their original position.

All visible desktops will be dusted with special attention paid to any cup rings or spillage.  Wooden Desks will be polished.  Non-wooden desks will be treated with a multi-purpose detergent to  remove any marks. (Personal papers or work may not be removed if it is felt likely to cause a disturbance.

Computer screens will be wiped to remove dust.  all other parts of the computer will be lightly dusted.  No cleaning agents will be used.  Separate quotes for computer cleaning can be provided.

All carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed, and stains removed where possible.

Hard floor areas will have any mark or spillages removed through spot mopping.

Toilets and urinals will be washed from top to bottom including concealed areas.

Internal glass and door handles will be cleaned accordingly.

WASHROOMS & TOILETS.

Toilets and urinals will be washed and dried inside and out using a sanitising solution with appropriate fragrance.  Toilet seats will be cleaned top to bottom and dried.  Care will be taken to ensure the rim and any concealed areas are treated.

Hand basins will be washed with a sanitiser solution.  Streaks will be removed with the use of a dry cloth.

Metal parts such as taps and plug surrounds will be cleaned and burnished to leave a bright, streak free condition.

Lime scale will be treated and removed (large build-ups may take some time to remove).

All paper products within the toilet will be replenished as required. (customer to provide).

Soap solutions will be replenished as required. (customer to provide).

All dispensers within the area will be wet wiped.

Mirrors will be cleaned and burnished to provide streak free finish.

Walls and partitions will be spot cleaned to remove splashes and finger marks.

Tiling will be spot cleaned to remove splashes and finger marks.

Floors will be swept and mopped with a sanitiser solution as required.

 

KITCHEN /CANTEEN AREAS:

Crockery and cutlery within the kitchen will be washed, dried, and placed in an agreed location.

Sinks will be wiped with a sanitiser solution and drainage areas scrubbed clean.

Lime scale build-ups will be treated regularly (large build-ups may take some time to remove).

Counter tops will be wet wiped to remove spillages and cup rings.

Kettles, microwaves and toasters will be wiped with a damp cloth using a sanitiser solution.

Cookers will be spot cleaned with a sanitiser/detergent solution.

Food dispensing machines will be wet wiped.

Walls and tiled areas will be spot cleaned to remove marks and splashes.

Floor areas will be swept and mopped as required with a multi-purpose detergent/sanitiser.

 

STAIRWAYS :

Carpeted stairways will be vacuumed around traffic lanes. Spillages will be spot cleaned if required.

Hard floor stairs will be swept clean.

Banisters will be dusted and wiped.

LIFTS

Carpeted floors will be vacuumed and spot cleaned to remove spillage and stains.  The floors will be wet mopped.

Lift walls and doors will be spot cleaned and wiped clean with treated cloths.  Stainless steel will be cleaned and burnished.

 

WE WILL DO THE FOLLOWING ON A WEEKLY BASIS

ALL OFFICE AREAS:

Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed. Appropriate implements will be used to get into crevices, corners and edges.  Special attention will be  paid to the areas under desks and around seating.

Light switches and door handles will be wiped with a wet cloth to remove finger marks and smudges.

All  horizontal surfaces within the office below six feet will be dusted including but not limited to : windowsills, picture frames, cabinet's ledges and shelving.

Vertical surfaces will be wet wiped using a multi-purpose floor cleaning solution.

Any hard floor surfaces will be wet mopped using a multi-purpose floor cleaning solution.

Seating and chairs will have horizontal surfaces dusted and will be spot vacuumed to remove any debris.

Telephone handsets will be wet wiped using a sanitising solution.

 

KITCHEN/CANTEEN:

Microwaves will be spot cleaned internally using a wet cloth.

Fridges will be spot cleaned using a wet cloth.

STAIRWAYS:

Carpeted stairs will be thoroughly vacuumed using appropriate tools to get into all the corners.

Hard floor stairs will be mopped using a multi-purpose cleaning solution.

WE WILL DO THE FOLLOWING MONTHLY

ALL OFFICE AREAS:

Ceiling corners, air vents and ledges that can be reached from the floor but are above six feet will be cleaned using a vacuum and appropriate tools.

Window blinds will be dusted. (Note; blinds need specialist cleaning to maintain top condition. Quotes can be provided if required).

Internal glass will be sprayed with window cleaner and burnished to remove marks and fingerprints.
