Contract
Management
It
would be our intention that your contract would be under the direct
supervision of our area supervisor, with the back up of our service
manager. Our area supervisor would be on the phone at home and could
therefore be contacted on a daily basis if necessary. He/she would also
make regular calls to your nominated liaison contact to ensure
satisfaction with standards, is maintained. You would also receive
regular personal visits from our Service manager to ensure complete
satisfaction with our service, together with evening visits on a similar
basis to check on cleaning standard.
When compiling your cleaning specification, we
will also advise you as to certain specialist cleaning services and
their required frequency.
